Shipping & Return Policy


If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you placed your order. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

We will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.


To request a refund:


1. Please email info@salixcare.com to request a refund information.
2. Include in your package the receipt and/or packaging slip of the original purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Note: Once your order has processed, we will ship it out in 24 to 48 hours not including weekends and holidays.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@salixcare.com.
